✅Returns
We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused,uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

❌Final Sale & Custom Items (IMPORTANT)
Due to handmade and custom nature of many of our products:
- All custom, made-to-order, and personalized items are final sale
- Clearance and sale items are final sale
- We do not accept cancellations once production has begun
📦Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
💳Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
🔁Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, simply return the eligible item and place a new order.
📸Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
📬Lost or Stolen Packages
Toddie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
