Delivery time
The products we have in stock will be shipped the same day, if ordered before 14:00. Depending on the destination country, the order will be delivered within a few working days. The courier will keep you informed by e-mail.
The products that are still in production are usually shipped within 7 working days.
Return Policy
Do you want to return the order? Then you must indicate within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase.
Custom-made products cannot be returned. If you have any questions about this, please contact us in advance.
- The following rules apply to returns:
- Within 14 days you need to indicate that you renounce the purchase, this must be done by e-mail to info@toddie.com.
- You have 14 days after notification of return to send the product back
- The products that are being returned have not been used and are undamaged and must - as far as reasonably possible - be returned in the original packaging
- If the products are dirty or damaged, then toddie.com will assess whether a reduction in value will be counted
- The costs of the return shipment are for your own account.
