We have made it as easy as possible to order our lovely Toddie products. You choose the products you like, place them in the shopping cart and then complete your order. After you have placed your order you will receive an email with the order confirmation.

Return Policy
If you want to return your order, just let us know within 14 days of receiving it by emailing info@toddie.com and tell us you'd like to cancel.
Custom-made products can't be returned. If you're unsure whether something qualifies, reach out before you order.
For returns that do qualify, these rules apply:
- Once you notify us, you have 14 days to ship the product back.
- It needs to come back unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging as much as reasonably possible.
- If the item is dirty or damaged, we'll assess it and may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
